What do most home cooks want the most? A nice good working kitchen. I just got a make over with new cabinets, quartz counters, microwave, dishwasher and electric range. My owner also gave me new vanities in both bathrooms. The overall inside painting makes me feel fresh along with new carpets in the bedrooms.
