Rebecca (and her husband Ramsey) are awesome! Over the last 6 months, they help us to purchase a new home, and sell our old home, and it was a fabulous experience throughout.  

My wife and I started last summer not really sure if we wanted to move from our house of 10 years in Smyrna. We decided, if we moved at all, it would be to Vinings. Over about a month, I think Rebecca showed us every house available in Vinings. We ended up deciding on an older home that needed renovations. Rebecca arranged for one of her builder colleagues to tour the home with us and give an estimate of what our proposed renovations would cost. With that number in hand, Rebecca helped us negotiate a very good deal on this house and arrange financing. 

With the new home purchased, Rebecca helped us get our current home ready for market. This turned out to be harder than buying the new home, but she made things easy by working closely with us and any agents who wanted to show the house to make sure the (seemingly constant) showings never became overwhelming for us. Along the way, she had great suggestions about small changes we could implement that would make the home more attractive to buyers. Once we had the offer we liked, she hooked us up with David Tull (a very skilled craftsman) to address the few buyer concerns. Finally, at the closing her husband and real estate partner Ramsey made sure everything went smoothly.  

Despite the challenges that always occur with home purchases and sales, Rebecca and Ramsey made the process as painless as possible. Rebecca always returned calls, texts and emails promptly and was always very responsive to our questions and concerns. She had great suggestions on every aspect of the home purchases and sales.
